Biography:
Dr. Abdulla Sethar is a virologist and deputy project director for the World Bank-assisted Sindh Agricultural Growth Project Livestock. He obtained his Ph.D. in virology at the University of Reading in the years 2008–to 2013. and an Intermediate and Higher school certificate from C & S Government Degree College, Shikarpur, Sindh, Pakistan.
