Biography:

Prof. Savita Roy has completed her PhD in 1993 from University of Delhi. She is the Principal of Daulat Ram College, University of Delhi. She has published more than 35 research papers in reputed journals. She is member of Academic council and University of Delhi Court, the highest decision making body of University of Delhi. She has worked on semiconductors and investigated their fundamental properties for device applications.

Research Interest
Her current research interest includes nanofabrication of semiconducting, electronic, metallic and insulating materials using plasma based techniques and further characterize the nanomaterials for possible application in future technological devices.
