Biography:

Tejaswi Patil have completed her PhD from Interactive Research School for Health Affairs (IRSHA), Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University, Pune, India. Her doctoral research investigates herbal medicines and omega-3 fatty acid supplementation and their combination counter the liver toxicity at the biochemical, histological and molecular levels by normalizing oxidative stress and inflammation. The combination reported in the present study is worth further investigation, especially in clinical cases of liver damage due to long term drug abuse. she has published more than 5 papers in international as well as national journals including five as primary authors and has been reviewer as a member of repute journals
