Francis Adjei completed his/her BSc at the age of 23 years from University of Cape Coast, Ghana.
He is currently the Quality Control Manager at Dorothy Kani Company Limited, a food processing
company in Ghana. He has 6 publications in international journals and has been serving as a peer
reviewer for reputed journals. He also served as a Project Committee Head of the Industrial
Chemistry Students Association, Ghana during his undergraduate studies. He was a finalist in both
Stanford Design Challenge, 2021, and African German Entrepreneurship Academy (AGEA), 2021
competitions.
