Vasileios Pappas is a research and Development Manager at Condito Foods,
He is a Ph.D. Candidate in Food Chemistry (UoI). After graduating from the department of Food and Nutrition Science of the University of the Aegean, was already numerous participants in conferences and research projects of Development and Innovation in the field of food products.
He attended and successfully completed a Master's study program at the University of East London in the field of Business Administration (MBA). At the same time, worked at Pindos APCI (Poultry Industry) as Head of the Research and Development Department, which undertook to organize from the beginning. Afterward, he started his Ph.D. in the Food Chemistry Laboratory, in the Chemistry Department, at the University of Ioannina. At the same time, assumed the position of Research and Development Manager at Condito Foods (producing mustard, ketchup, mayonnaise, sauces, salads, and traditional spreads) in Thessaloniki Greece.
