Maria Fernanda Buitrago Rodriguez has completed her MSc from Barcelona University “Food Innovation and Development”. She is a Dietitian nutritionist, has worked in the area of 3D food printing, participating in food innovation projects, experience in university teaching and research in nutritional intervention studies related to food safety, public health, healthy eating, and consumption trends at Javeriana University. She is co-author of the "Manual of recommended food portions for children 3 -5 years of age". She is looking for new opportunities in the food innovation and nutrition sector to continue learning and promoting the science.
