Biography:

Dr. Moreno has successfully supported scientific applications in genetic engineering and testing with major organizations in North America, Mexico, and China, including Thermo Fisher Scientific, Teleflex, ABclonal Technology, HSG-AME, Cepheid, CerOx, ThermoFinnigan, MicroTech Scientific, COMSYS, and NASA Headquarters.

Direct experience with the following systems: HPLC (capillary, conventional); LS/MS/MS, GCMS; WGS, NGS; qRT-PCR; LIS software; Automated liquid handler workstations-HTC (Tecan, Hamilton, VERSA…)

PhD in the Management of Engineering/Technology in molecular diagnostics, whole genomic sequencing (WGS), Next Generation Sequencing (NGS), quantitative, Real-Time Polymerase Chain Reaction (qRT-PCR) [deoxyribonucleic acid-DNA] testing.

Masters Degree in Public Administration with an emphasis in Engineering Administration
