Biography:
Portnoy Sergey Mikhailovich, 1968-1974 was studied at the Vladivostok Medical Institute and the 1st Leningrad Order of Lenin Medical Institute named after Academician I.P. Pavlov.
1974-1975 internship in surgery at the 1st Moscow Order of Lenin Medical Institute named after Academician I.M.Sechenov.
1975 - 2017 residency, postgraduate studies and work at the Federal State Budgetary Institution "Russian Cancer Research Center named after NN Blokhin "of the Ministry of Health of Russia (formerly the Institute of Experimental and Clinical Oncology of the RAMS of the USSR) as a junior researcher, researcher, senior researcher, leading researcher, head of the department (Surgical Department No. 8 of Operative Mammology).
From 2017 to the present, I have been working in several private clinics in Moscow. Since 2021 I have been a consultant at BIMK-Cardio JSC.
